The End Scams Project

About The End Scams Project

A public-benefit training program that helps older adults, families, caregivers, and everyday people practice safer responses to scams.

What we believe

  • Mistakes are part of practice. No one is ever shamed here.
  • Careful verification and quick recovery matter more than speed or memorized rules.
  • Privacy is a design requirement: no learner accounts, no tracking, and practice data stays on the learner's device.

What we do not claim

The End Scams Project is education. It does not prevent fraud, save money, prove protection, or predict whether someone will be scammed. It cannot investigate incidents or recover losses.

Governance

All scenario and assessment content is versioned and human-reviewed. Missions are currently in pilot review with community partners and are refined with feedback from older adults before wider release.
